Plataforma de Ecosistemas Digitales S.L. operates the Jaraba Ecosystem: a company founded in 2020 that translates over 30 years of its founder's experience in territorial transformation into impact SaaS technology.
The story
In 1994, José Jaraba began working on employment and training programmes in rural municipalities in Andalusia. What started as direct intervention in the territory — workshops, guidance, personalised pathways and fund management — became more than 30 years of experience in territorial transformation.
In 2020, José Jaraba co-founded alongside Remedios Estévez Palomino Plataforma de Ecosistemas Digitales S.L., a technology company that translates the Método Jaraba — a proven territorial intervention framework — into a multi-vertical SaaS platform with artificial intelligence.
The result:a digital infrastructure backed by more than 100 million euros in managed European funds, more than 500 supported entrepreneurship and employment projects, and 10 specialised verticals with 16 AI agents.

Our Founder
More than 30 years of experience in territorial transformation, European funds, local economic development and impact technology.
Law graduate from the UCO, three master's degrees, doctoral candidate and certified EOQ Quality System Manager. He has managed +100M€ in European funds and supported +500 entrepreneurship and employment projects in +120 rural municipalities.
