Holds a Degree in Law from the University of Córdoba, with three Master's degrees (Environmental Tourism Management from UPM, Rural Development Management from UCO and an MBA in progress), PhD candidate at UCO and certified EOQ Quality System Manager and ITIL Foundation. Pepe Jaraba combines high-level legal training with over 30 years of practical experience at the intersection of public policy, European funds, territorial development and technology.
He has led local development groups that have managed over 100 million euros in European funds (LEADER, PRODER, FSE, FEDER), supported more than 500 entrepreneurship and employment projects, and transformed over 120 rural municipalities. In 2020, he co-founded PED alongside Remedios Estévez Palomino to turn that experience into impact SaaS technology.
Economist and partner at Plataforma de Ecosistemas Digitales S.L., which she co-founded in 2020 alongside José Jaraba. Her work focuses on the tax and accounting management of small businesses and self-employed individuals. On the blog, she writes about what she sees in the day-to-day running of this management: obligations, deadlines and practical decisions.

Founding and management of the company operating the Ecosistema Jaraba: a multi-vertical SaaS platform with 10 verticals, 16 AI agents, integration with European funds and a presence in +120 municipalities. Product architecture, B2G strategy and investment.

Management of the municipal economic development company. Management of employment, vocational training, entrepreneurship and investment attraction programmes for the municipality.
Specialised consultancy in territorial strategic planning and European funds for the province of Málaga.
Teaching in Rural Territorial Development programs. Transfer of practical knowledge on intervention in rural areas and management of European funds.
Consultancy specializing in ICT innovation for rural areas. Design and implementation of territorial digital transformation strategies, including telecenters, digital training, and rural connectivity.
18 years' management of the main local development group in the province of Córdoba. Direct management of +100 million euros in European policies (LEADER, PRODER, FSE, FEDER). Coordination of employment, training and entrepreneurship programmes with an impact on tens of thousands of direct beneficiaries.
